Gas Meter Replacement
Scanweld technicians are carrying out a large-scale replacement of remotely readable gas meters in Northern, Eastern, and Southern Estonia. The project runs from March 2026 until 2029. Over the four-year period, more than 14,000 gas meters—mainly for private consumers—will be replaced.
In cooperation with Gaasivõrk AS, customers will receive a preliminary notification by email before the work begins. After that, our dispatcher will personally contact them by phone to agree on a suitable time for the meter replacement.Scanweld technicians wear neat work clothing with company logos and drive vehicles marked with our logos. They carry photo ID work badges, and we never ask for PIN codes or any other access credentials.
