Scanweld’s good name in the nuclear energy field has reached Sweden in addition to Estonia and Finland. Namely, on April 13, 2026, a contact meeting with experts in the field was held in Stockholm to be ready to contribute to the construction of new nuclear power plants in Sweden. The meeting was organized by GE Vernova Hitachi and Samsung C&T, who are pioneers of modern SMR technology worldwide. It is obvious that there is a need to increase electricity production in the region and the Nordic countries have realized that small module reactors are versatile, environmentally friendly and economical solutions. Scanweld is excited and ready to contribute with the team on this journey and be a reliable partner.
